Wired That Way, Understanding Yourself and Others

We all love quizzes that will help us understand ourselves and others. Knowing ourselves and improving relationships seem to be two basic human needs. Meeting these two core issues, Wired That Way provides information that will help you discover your personality, maximize your strengths, understand your weaknesses, and improve all relationships in your life.

You have probably heard of the Myers Briggs personality assessment. This assessment categorizes you using an acronym and descriptors (e.g., ENFP — Extrovert). However, the Myers-Briggs only has the capability to categorize only 16 personality types and the assessment consists of well over 100 questions — a tiresome process. Wired That Way consists of four word definitions per question and you choose which word best fits YOU. This process can take as little as 20 minutes compared to the extensiveness of the Myers-Briggs.

What does Wired That Way measure?

While there are situations that even the most saintly might not be able to avoid, most relationships—professional or personal—can be salvaged, saved or just shored-up. Wired That Way can turn most relationships from “terminate” to “germinate”—from dead, to growing.

Wired That Way is required as part of the coaching and counseling process. I highly recommend this tool!

“We all need encouragement. We can live without it just as a young tree can live without fertilizer, but unless we receive that warm nurturing, we never reach our full potential, and like the tree left to itself, we seldom bear fruit. ”
